EIA is a course that treats safety of the environment from the limelight of series of developmental and non-developmental activities going on in the environment. Hence, environmental management principles are squarely addressed with the view of protecting the environment from been degraded. Consequently, EIA exercises are done to encourage and sustain all developmental activities that will benefit both present and future inhabitants of the environment.
